This privacy policy explains how VenturesV3 ("we," "us," or "our") handles information for the "Desert Storm Digital" watch face (the "App") for Wear OS.

Your privacy is extremely important to us. The App is designed to read and display data from your device's sensors and services without collecting, storing, or transmitting your personal information.

1. Data We Access (But Do Not Collect)

The App requests permissions to access certain data types on your device. This data is read and displayed *only* on your watch face. We **DO NOT** collect, store, save, or transmit any of this personal data. It never leaves your watch.

  • Health & Fitness Data (Steps & Heart Rate): The App requests permission to read your daily step count and current heart rate. This information is displayed directly on the watch face for your convenience.
  • Location Data (for Weather): The App requests permission to access your location for the *sole purpose* of fetching current weather conditions for your area.
  • Battery Data: The App reads your watch's current battery level to display it on the watch face.

2. Data We Share

We do not share any of your personal health or fitness data.

To provide the weather complication, your device's current location (e.g., latitude and longitude) is sent to a third-party weather service via the watch manufacturer's app. The watchface only uses the weather data it gets from the watch manufacturer's app.

  • Weather Provider:Based on the weather provider used by the watch manufacturer's wearOS app.
  • Data Shared: Only your location coordinates are shared to retrieve weather. This data is not linked to any other personal identifiers, and we do not store or log your location.

3. Permissions Requested

The App will ask for the following permissions on your Wear OS device:

  • BODY_SENSORS: To read and display your current heart rate.
  • ACTIVITY_RECOGNITION: To read and display your daily step count.
  • LOCATION: To provide local weather information.

4. Children's Privacy

This App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly access any data from children under 13.
